3D modelling from the drawings you already have

We model the project as it is drawn. We do not redesign the architecture or add what is not in the drawings.

2D drawings to 3D modelling

We build the model from your floor plans, elevations and sections: walls, openings, levels, stairs and roof, to the dimensions on the drawings. The result is faithful to the design, not an interpretation of it.

Interactive, website-ready 3D viewers

The model is delivered in a lightweight viewer that runs in the browser: rotate, zoom, pan, reset view and full screen, by mouse or touch. Nothing for your clients to install.

Hosted or embeddable models

For architects, builders and developers: embed the model on the project page with one line of code, or share a link to a page we host.

What to send

Plans, sketches or photos — whatever you have

Architects and designers usually send floor plans, elevations and sections as PDF, DWG/DXF or SketchUp files. Cabinet makers can send their kitchen or built-in drawings. Homeowners can send a hand sketch with the main measurements and a few photos. The more you send, the fewer assumptions we need to make.

Before we quote, we open your files and confirm we can work from them. If a format or version does not open correctly, we tell you and ask for an alternative — usually a scaled PDF.

What you receive

  • An interactive 3D model in a web viewer
  • Embed code for your site and/or a hosted link
  • A written note of any assumptions made while modelling
  • With Complete, pictures of the model from agreed views

What we do not do

  • Architectural design, design changes or design advice
  • Structural or building-services engineering
  • Construction drawings, permit applications or site supervision
